Dakota Dustin Ph.D. Remote Metabolic Health Practice
Evidence-Based Nutrition, Lifestyle Systems, and Professional Oversight for Metabolic Health and Long-Term Resilience
This is a structured, remote professional engagement focused on improving metabolic health through disciplined lifestyle architecture.
This practice functions as an adjunct to medical care. I do not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or replace a physician. My role is to apply evidence-based nutritional guidance and lifestyle methods in a structured, measured, and safety-first manner to build and support long-term metabolic health.
This practice is designed for adults, typically professionals and executives, between the ages of 30 and 65 who:
Have, or are at risk for, metabolic dysfunction
Are sedentary or mostly inactive
Value accountability and evidence-based methods
Seek professional guidance and oversight
Are willing to commit to a structured, long-term process
Many individuals I work with present with early cardiometabolic risk factors such as prehypertension, insulin resistance, elevated waist circumference, or declining physical capacity.
This is not a gym, fitness studio, or group training environment.
It is not short-term coaching or generalized personal or nutritional training.
This practice is distinguished by:
Identifying dominate metabolic levers
Conservative dosing of behavioral changes
Objective tracking of metabolic and behavioral markers
Clear scope boundaries and medical collaboration
Long-term engagement rather than quick fixes
Limited client capacity to ensure attention and quality
The focus is durable, not intensity
Progress is deliberate, measured, and sustainable
This is doctoral-level metabolic oversight delivered through disciplined simplicity.
Step 1: Remote Metabolic Health Assessment ($250)
A 60-75 minute comprehensive baseline evaluation where we:
Review your health history
Examine self-reported metabolic markers
Audit lifestyle structure
Identify your primary leverage points
Determine engagement eligibility
A written summary and structured recommendation follow the assessment
Step 2: 12-Month Remote Metabolic Health Engagement ($600/month)
If appropriate, you enter a structured 12-month engagement that includes:
Weekly 30 minute video meetings
Behavioral sequencing and oversight
Objective metric tracking
Structured implementation review
Ongoing adjustments based on trends and shifting leverage points
The goal is not rapid change.
The goal is durable, significant, and meaningful physiological improvement.
All clients complete a detailed intake form prior to assessment. Intake information is reviewed in advance, and assessments proceed only when it is appropriate to do so.
Physician clearance is required when indicated.
Assessments are canceled and refunded when safety thresholds are not met.
I support medication adherence and do not advise against prescribed medications.
This practice does not:
Diagnose disease
Provide medical nutritional therapy
Prescribe medication
Replace physician care
All clients are required to maintain a relationship with a primary care physician. This practice operates as an adjunct to medical care, not a replacement of it.
The first step is the Remote Metabolic Health Assessment.
This session provides clarity and determination of eligibility for long-term engagement
This practice operates on a limited-capacity model.
